So, what's with the title? I just like it, okay? Deal with it. I feel like ranting about music today, so I will. ^.^
Okay, so I love music. And anyone that knows me well, knows I know alot about it. Different genres and different styles. 80's, Metal, Pop, Rock, Classical, (c)Rap(ew, but yea, I know about it.), (flip)Hip-(flop)Hop(ew, same), Techno, you name it. I've discovered alot of new(new to me) bands in the past few months, some have major staying power. I change my mind alot so that's pretty cool. I shall list thems!
Alrighty:
1. Paramore-NOT because of Twilight! Okay, kind of because of Twilight. I'd heard them around, but never payed attention. I decided what-the-heck and listened to Decode...It was pretty good. So that grew into other songs, Riot!, CrushCrushCrush, That's What You Get, When It Rains(a favorite), Let The Flames Begin, Until Tomorrow(another fave), Oh Star, Circle, Misery Business, Here We go Again, I Caught Myself, Decoy, Born For This(fave), Conspiracy, Whoa, Pressure, Brighter, Emergency, ect. Those are all on my iPod, on a loop, I guess you would say. But anyway, they are starting to become one of my favorite bands. So, I guess I owe Twilight a thank you. Don't give me crap about liking them because of Twilight, I have my own mind, and I'd heard them before Twilight without even noticing it. So back off. Please. ^.^
2. Hollywood Undead-My liking for them is still very small, but it's there. They've grown on me. I used to think they were a little...eh, but like I said, I'm liking them a little more each day. I don't really have alot of things to say, I really only like two songs(Undead and No. 5) so for now, I'll just wait.
3. 3Oh3!Again, not very much to say about them, but I heard a song of theirs on the radio. I'm not sure what it's called, I looked it up, but forgot. I didn't really like them at first either, but I guess my music taste is more open now.
4. Renfue-I really like her voice and the music is awesome. They sound similar to Paramore, but you can hear the differences if you really listen. I'm hoping to stumble upon a few more of their songs. So far I like, Temptation, and What You Wanted. I can't say I hope they become more popular, because then it'd be like EVERYONE likes them, so you only like them cause everyone else likes them. And I hate that. But I recommend anyone that likes Paramore should check them out.
5. Muse-Okay, you can totally blame this one on Twilight. I absolutely LOVED this song when I first heard it in the movie. Then I looked it up, and what do you know, it's Stephanie Meyer's...muse! Haha. I'd heard OF them just never heard them. Even before Twilight. I'd hear people every once in a while, comment on how good they are or how no one really knows who they are outside of the UK. So, again, I checked them out. I eventually got my mom hooked on the song, Supermassive Blackhole(from the movie) and now she likes it just as much as I do. Aren't parents funny?
That's really all for now. I may have forgotten a couple so I'll probably make another one of these somewhere along the lines...I would now like to share a dream I had...Well, two, and only parts because I don't remember the whole thing.
One, I was just sleeping, minding my own business when BAM an image of Joe Jonas NAKED pops into my dream...there may have been another part to it, but I was extremely startled. I guess I shouldn't be since I dream about stuff like that all the time. But it was just so sudden! I would have killed to dream something like that a month or two ago. Before I started hating Joe...well not hating, but he annoys me. He wasn't completely naked...His hand was covering...down...there...It's weird because I'd written a part in a story where the guy was naked, just covering himself with his hand, then this happened! Dear lord!
And two, This one's a little longer. Again, I was just minding my own business, then Taylor Lautner appears, ZIPPING UP HIS PANTS! He'd just come out of his trailer on the set of a movie(don't ask which, maybe New Moon, he looked skinny though), and his black pants were already on, but he was zipping them...Did I mention he was shirtless too? Well, he was! Gah, Holly's going to love that! And hate me at the same time. Haha. Sorry, Holls! But, I just had a feeling he wasn't coming out of the bathroom or something, it was like he'd just...you know...Eee! Funny thing is though, I'm pretty sure it was with Holly...She really WILL love that. Won't you? Yes, you will. ^.^
Hmm...I guess my rants do have points...well, cool! Oh, and about that story, I typed up to chapter 3. It's actually better than I thought. Three people have read it(well two haven't read past the first chapter) and they've all liked it! I can't believe it! But I'm not going to get a big head over it. I still think I'm a crappy writer. Haha. Well, that's all for now.
